The score report and AI feedback you get afterwards
- When you submit Writing and Speaking answers, AI judges them on each task's criteria and shows, sentence by sentence, what to fix now and what to do next.
- In the review of Reading multiple-choice items, the passage sentence that supports the correct answer is highlighted.
- For rounds you have finished, a solution deck shows explanations for each item together with your wrong answers.
- Items you missed and points you lost feed into weakness training, so you practice your weakest types first and confirm progress with a new diagnostic.

The ETS test specifications describe Reading and Listening on the real test as two-stage adaptive, with the second stage depending on the first. Reading and Listening in the Unlock Prep mock test are also taken in two stages, with the second stage depending on the first.
Mock test scores are reference estimates that reflect ETS scoring criteria and may differ from your actual test scores.
How close is the mock test score?
- Reading and Listening section scores come from the number of items you answer correctly.
- For Writing, AI reads each answer on the task’s criteria, which reflect ETS scoring criteria, gives a task score out of 5, and then shows the section score on the 1-6 scale in 0.5 steps.
- We do not yet publish figures comparing mock scores with real test scores. Treat the mock score as a reference estimate, and use it to see which items and sentences cost you points.

Frequently asked questions
Can I take the TOEFL mock test for free?
Partly. After signing up you can take the latest round of each section free, and a reference code opens all mock tests for 7 days. To keep taking all 15 rounds you need the paid basic plan.
Does it follow the updated 2026 TOEFL format?
It is built on the task structure of the TOEFL iBT as updated in January 2026: three Reading types, four Listening types, three Writing tasks, and two Speaking tasks. As on the real test, Reading and Listening are taken in two stages, with the second stage depending on the first.
How accurate is the TOEFL mock test score?
We do not publish figures comparing mock scores with real test scores. Mock test scores are reference estimates that reflect ETS scoring criteria and may differ from your actual test scores. Use them to see which items cost you points and why, rather than as a score prediction.
Should I also take the free ETS practice tests?
Yes, we recommend taking them too. ETS offers two full-length practice tests free on its TOEFL iBT test preparation page. The Unlock Prep mock test is the next step: see in Korean where and why your Writing lost points, and practice your weakest types first.
Can I get the TOEFL mock test as a PDF?
No. It is an online mock test taken on screen under time limits, like the real test, so there is no option to download the items as a PDF.
How much does the TOEFL mock test cost?
You can start free after signing up. Unlimited attempts at all 15 rounds need the basic plan (KRW 49,000 for one month), and paying for 3 or 6 months at once lowers the monthly price.
Can I try something before signing up?
The mock tests are taken after signing up. Before that, a diagnostic of about 5 minutes that needs no sign-up shows where you are weak right now.
How are Writing and Speaking scored?
AI that reflects ETS scoring criteria judges them. It reads your answer on each task's criteria and shows the sentences to fix and what to do next.
What happens to my answers and recordings?
Your writing and recordings are used only for AI analysis of your answers. Without your separate consent they are not used to train AI; the privacy policy explains how they are handled.
