Refund Policy

Article 7 (Withdrawal and Refunds)

1. Members can request a full refund within 7 days of payment if they have not used the paid service at all.
2. If the AI grading service has been used at least once after payment, the provision of digital content is considered to have commenced, and the right of withdrawal may be restricted.
3. In cases not covered by paragraph 1, if a member who paid a Paid Plan fee (1, 3, or 6 months) requests cancellation together with a refund during the usage period, the Company refunds the amount paid multiplied by the remaining days and divided by the total days, and charges no cancellation penalty. The total days are the number of months paid for multiplied by 30 days (30 days for 1 month, 90 days for 3 months, 180 days for 6 months), and the remaining days are the total days minus the days already used. The days already used are the number of days from the start date of use of that payment to the day before the cancellation request (cancellation on the start date counts as 0 days). The start date of use is the day the usage period of that payment actually began; for a payment applied consecutively under Article 6 (3), it is the day after the previous period ends. Amounts under KRW 1 in the refund are rounded up, and if the days already used are equal to or greater than the total days, the refund is KRW 0. A payment whose usage period has not yet begun is refunded in full. When a refund is made under this paragraph, the period currently in use ends on the date of the cancellation request (an exception to Article 8 (2)). A member who cancels without requesting a refund is governed by Article 8 (2). (Examples: paying KRW 49,000 for 1 month and requesting cancellation with a refund on day 10 of use (9 days used, 21 days remaining) gives a refund of KRW 49,000 × 21 / 30 = KRW 34,300. Paying KRW 99,000 for 3 months and requesting cancellation with a refund on day 8 of use (7 days used, 83 days remaining) gives a refund of KRW 99,000 × 83 / 90 = KRW 91,300. Paying KRW 189,000 for 6 months and requesting cancellation with a refund on day 91 of use (90 days used, 90 days remaining) gives a refund of KRW 189,000 × 90 / 180 = KRW 94,500.)
