Unlock Prep (the "Company") establishes this Privacy Policy to protect user privacy in compliance with relevant laws.

During Service Use (Required)

  • Reading and Writing answers, access logs, device/browser info, IP addresses

Upon Payment (Required)

  • Order number, payment approval info. (Credit card numbers are processed by payment gateways and not stored by the Company.)

2. Purpose of Collection

  • Member identification, provision of AI grading services, payment processing, error analysis, and service improvement.

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

Personal information is destroyed without delay upon membership withdrawal. However, if retention is required by applicable laws, it is stored for the relevant period.

4. Third-Party Service Providers and Cross-Border Transfers

  • Clerk, Inc. (USA): Authentication and account management
  • Google LLC (USA): AI analysis (Gemini API)
  • Vercel Inc. (USA): Hosting and file storage
  • Neon, Inc. (USA/EU): Database storage (member answers, accounts, learning records)
  • Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) (USA): Error tracking and monitoring

5. Notice on AI Processing

  1. Submitted answers are transmitted to Google APIs for AI analysis.
  2. The Company does not use user submissions to train its own AI models without separate explicit consent.

Users can view/edit their personal info or withdraw consent (delete account) at any time.
